The latest trailer for Street Fighter IV is made especially interesting by its music. I have nothing against Faith No More, really. I think I even have Epic on my iPod. Just…what an odd combination.

The concluding line of Eurogamer’s review sums up the conflicted three-page analysis thoroughly: “We love you, Snake. Don’t come back.”

I’m operating on a strange wavelength today. It’s Memorial Day in the States, but not in Canada. My brain’s in limbo between work and vacation.
GameTrailers has the latest part of their Metal Gear Solid retrospective ready. This week: Metal Gear Solid 2, featuring the series’ most hated prettyboy, Raiden.
His naked humiliation does not […]

Oh yes, I just used that word. Uncool. My ancient lingo sends you careening back to the grey, damp school yard. Remember how you hid from the taunts of bullies under the bright plastic slide, your knees marked with gravel?
No…?
Zounds, my spell is broken. But I’m still using the word to describe Activision’s new trailer […]

Mischievous young crime fighter Lakupo has once again pointed out a fandom movie worth watching. Thankfully, it’s less unsettling than other fandom videos I’ve posted on this blog.
In fact, it’s a combination of Metal Gear Solid and the intro for Lupin III. Fitting combination, really.

GameTrailers has a short teaser clip for Shaun White Snowboarding, due out this winter.
Mind you, this isn’t your average snowboarding game. Do you like snowboarding? Do you like MMORPGs?

The ’90s were probably the most memorable time for game ads. Technology was advancing quickly, but people were, for the moment, […]

What’s the best console on which to enjoy Grand Theft Auto IV? The Playstation 3? The Xbox 360? The real answer is a Blendtec Blender.
The white-coated Tom Dickson has made Blendtec Blenders famous on YouTube by blending anything he can get his hands on (keep your babies close). This has included several games—and even consoles—over […]

GameTrailers just released part two of their Metal Gear retrospective. The majority of the video studies Metal Gear Solid, arguably one of the most important games on the original Playstation—and probably one of the most important games of all time.
It’s always a lot of fun to go through retrospectives and attach your memories to certain […]

I have a friend named Lakupo. Well, I think he’s my friend. I’m not sure if anyone who truly values my well-being would make this video public.
Crashman is totally just an ordinary robot programmed by Dr Wily. Or is he?
This is actually funnier than I’m letting on. I know people who take their gay robot […]
