A Dignified Game Ad
The ad for Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 is nicely done. A little derivative of the now-famous ads for another popular shooting game, but we’ll look the other way this time:
I love shopping near closing time, and today as a fellow was closing up a music store, he took in his Vegas 2 standee while singing a song about the game. I admire his creativity and enthusiasm, even if the tune left a lot to be desired.

It surprisingly seems to be a pretty ok game. I don’t usually care for Rainbow Six, but there is some fun to be had when you direct and command your team so well in situations that you really feel part of a well-oiled machine of terrorist destruction.
What worries me, though, is that you can use the webcam to put your face on that of the main character. This carries over into online mode.
I just know it’s a matter of time before we see an army of soldiers with male genitalia for heads. Can you imagine such an army rushing toward you on the field of battle? And don’t dare scream; an open mouth is like an invitation to them.
