You’re On Your Way With the PSP GPS

None of my ancestors were North American pioneers, which is a good thing because they surely would have driven into a snake-infested swamp or a den of bears and then I would not have been born. I am afflicted with a terrible sense of direction, and the very same plagues my father and my grandfather. For us, the advent of GPS is a very good thing.

And now it’s coming to the PSP, which makes things even better. Long since available in Japan, the PSP GPS attachment will take the mystery out of those rambling road trips.

AMN makes note of one possible weakness:

“The only thing holding it back from true greatness it the PSP’s lack of a touch screen. Having to enter text through the PSP’s cell phone style interface can be cumbersome at times.”

Indeed. Maybe Sony will surprise us with something cool and useful in that regard.
