Activision to Harmonix: STFU
A few days ago there came a dark announcement about how Activision said “Nein” to Harmonix’s desire to make Guitar Hero III’s guitar accessory compatible with the Playstation 3 version of Rock Band.
Oh, but that’s not how it happened at all, Activision tells Kotaku, hands pressed together in a gesture of innocence and prayer. It’s Harmonix that refuses to look out for the best interests of gamers.
Hourrah for stalemate. This news is actually a couple of days old, but since neither Activision nor Harmonix is saying crap about the situation at this time, it doesn’t exactly matter.
In the meantime, Sony is washing its hands of the whole situation and going out for a few beers with the lads.
